○ Importantly, it is necessary to institutionalize a work life balance system so that – women who choose to enter science and technology fields can maintain their careers and establish families with childcare support. Support for establishing a network of domestic and foreign researchers is also necessary so that female scientists can advance into specialized fields.

○ Depending on the regional needs of Jeollabuk-do, it is necessary to prepare countermeasures against shortages of science teachers and expand opportunities for female college students to participate in corporate practice programs.
○ Efforts should be made to increase the proportion of young people entering science and engineering fields. Furthermore, the development of various diversification programs for women to enable career interruptions is recommended. Finally, it is necessary to establish a responsible agency that can take charge of policies related to women working in science and technology fields.
